        So my friend was with Rogers for 10 years. She got phone 4 years ago on contract for 2 years and rogers still charged them for phone installment for 4 years. When we called they said we had to call them to let them know..wow and they refused to refund the $. I mean how can they scam people like that and get away with it. I am super upset and this is clearly a corporate fraud on massive scale. I need help and i am going to report to consumer forum.
