Had fantastic and swift assistance. Was greeted politely and got right to business regarding the two questions I had. One was about wifi and the other about a second line. The gentleman ( I asked his name and it has slipped my mind but I think his last name started with P) who helped knew exactly what he was talking about. It was a nice conclusion to the matters at hand.

Worst service I have ever experienced. A terrible store experience . Bunch of liars selling products. I was told a data protection plan will be of no charge and then I get my bill and guess what- charged with the data protection plan. The plan that they promised will be of zero cost and shows on the receipt issued by them that its zero $. But my bill issued has $15.99 charged. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to NOT BUY anything from this store and they will sell you something which will cost you later and waste a lot of your time calling call centres.

Horrible. Have to buzz first then tell them my business in the street. They then asked me to look into a camera before I entered the store only to be spoken to in a condensing manner. So long rogers
