        Very poor customer service, the lady on phone could not able to give me information. I wanted to change my plan and she said they don't have plan which was available online website. Very unprofessional ppl.

        this a good store but the recent exp is terrible. im with freedom for 6 yrs, and im not happy. cust service is awful. im leaving them, any suggestions as to who i go with?

        The staff (Savej) was amazing, he went above and beyond to help me out. At the end of everything, I got a good phone. I wish I could give six stars for how he helped me out.
