Freedom Mobile

Freedom mobile is a very incompetent service. They do not honour their promises. The company rips their customers by overcharging them roaming fees that are imaginably high. They won't reduce their fees and they won't let customers know that charges can be reduced by turning data roaming off. They are rude, unable to communicate coherently/clearly. It has been a very horrible experience dealing with Freedom Mobile :( Please walk away from this company who only cares about taking advantage of their customers.

When i came I had problems with my phone and i think there was young girl named Dia she attended me and solved all my problems in a tick.She was really friendly and inviting.Excellent customer service by her. A day before I came someone else attended me and I was not satisfied but this girl has helped me alot.

Don't use this store for activation or upgrading. They'll promise you they'll waive the $45 activation fee but when your bill comes you'll be charged anyway. Then customer service won't reverse it because they don't believe you and it's not on your contract and ask you to go back to the store. Staff here don't know how to properly use the system. They also have long wait times. Stay away from here.
