All travellers BE WARE that this network works only in few states in Canada so if you travel to Montreal you wont have access to internet. I have explicitly specified that to the staff and then bought the 35 dollar package as they explained that it includes 1GB that I can use in Montreal. Few days later I reached Montreal and discovered that not to be true and had to pay another 15 $ to get 1.5GB data in Montreal. All in all, it cost me 70 pounds to get this SIM card which I used for 2 weeks only. I called the store but they said theres nothing they can do to help me. Save yourself the trouble and go for bell high has coverage all over Canada.

I had the absolute best experience getting the support I needed from David. Switching phone plans has always been something I dread, but David made the whole process so smooth and easy with him explaining all the details thoroughly and answering any questions I had. The best customer support Ive received!

The rep was really helpful but the store was having some delays with wifi, a tad slow.
