        Any time I've visited this location I've had nothing but stellar service. Every employee has made sure I left the store satisfied. I would especially like to thank Aisha for being so professional, pleasant and knowledgeable I am not the most technically literate person on the planet and I appreciate the time she takes to explain things in terms I can understand.

        Worst customer service - I bought an Apple Iphone 8 outright which I paid 599+ Tax(they are apparently not allowed doing that yet they still did). I simply don't like the phone and asked for a refund and according to the manager I am not able to get a refund on Apple products. It has not been 14 days since my purchase and I used the phone for not even hour before realizing that I don't like this phone and Savich (manager) is extremely rude in dealing with this issue. I don't like the phone and I want my money back - FREEDOM MOBILE has a 14 day refund policy - I really don't know what happened to that policy.
