This store used to be much greater the years when they first opened. Their management team was excellent, and their employees were so much more caring and kind and so energetic. The entire atmosphere of the store has depleted and I'm told it happened when commissions were taken away. It's like the store is soulless now. I used to be a Sneaker head who would come in every weekend and there were the same guys and gals who'd help me every week. Idk if any motivations can be given to employees anymore but as of now this location might as well close down and sell solely online.

The store manager at this location is horrible! Very unprofessional and does not know her policys if youre thinking of purchasing at this location make sure you want it because she will try not to return it. Also her Attitude is garbage and needs to know her place and her position. A temper and assumptions is not needed. The staff does not deserve the rudeness that she gives them she should be replaced. Not wearing a name tag does help her through these times!

I went here with my boyfriend to find some back to school shoes for our child and wont be coming back. The workers dont want to help you find the size you need,the selection isnt that great, you can never find the shoe size you want and overall not want to come back. You might as well go to another store
