        Claudia was incredibly helpful, pleasant, efficient and responsive! Carolyn was amazing too! I ordered a special gift for a special client. They arranged everything including gift wrapping and delivery, and even confirmed that the package was received by the client! This is white glove customer service on the front lines at its best! Thank you both again five stars!!!

        Love the store itself but the customer service lady is very rude. She answered very rudely when I asked her a simple question at the store and then hung up on me with out even saying bye when I called and asked a question. Not impressed since I do buy things from this store. Maybe if I was a millionaire shed treat me differently? Sorry Im just a peasant
