This is nothing against the friendly staff who are working there - they were nothing but professional and courteous! I rarely write negative reviews but asking people to pay $120.00 for a 5-6 foot tree is a heck of a lot. We ended up finding a great tree from a mom & pop shop, same height and fullness, for half the price in the neighbourhood. Shortage or no shortage, this seems like a something resembling price gouging. Beware! EDIT/FOLLOWUP: I encourage you to read Real Tree's comments below in relation to my experience the other week. I'll sum it up for you - they claim to have the only true premium trees in the neighbourhood. They also have a lot of overhead, which gets absorbed into the price. If you want to pay for real premium, high quality trees maybe this is your spot? I'll stick with a local garden centre mom and pop shop that sells really nice trees for less than half the price. I'll let you draw your own conclusions about whether it's a reasonable price hike or not.
