Brandy Melville - Toronto

When I just entered the store i was just in love their products!!!! especially clothes everything is soooooo cute! I definitely go repeatedly. And price is reasonable as well!

I can't think of any store that provides worse service than Brandy Melville. To start things off, they provide you with false information about their store opening hours on their website. They then have a misleading voicemail which is really pathetic that makes it seem like they can't hear you which has since recently been changed to a "normal" voicemail. To add the cherry on top, their clothes are so poorly made. Even Dollarama and Shein clothing is made better than Brandy Melville. Shame on you Brandy Melville

Honestly pre-covid brandy i loved so much I always had pleasant visits! I still very much love the clothing, however this is the last time I ever visit the store! First of all the line up to go in the store is ridiculously long (almost feels like covid times because of it) and once you go in I feel like a criminal because I have security constantly following me and my toddler son to make sure we don't take anything... honestly I didn't look sketchy I had a toddler with me and I had no bags with me! I had clothing on my hands which I intended to buy and this guy was constantly eyeing me down... I have never in my life felt like some kind of criminal till this visit. And the employees did not help us what so ever. This store literally thinks too highly of themselves to have security literally following you to make sure you don't steal their 15 dollar jewelry lol. not worth the trouble of waiting in line just make you feel like you're a thief!
