I ordered one of their long skull caps online and accidentally selected "pickup" for my order when I meant to ship to my address. They were able to sort that issue out quickly and I received my order a few days later :) Very happy with my product and with the service!

A gem of a store in the heart of yorkville! The owner and staff are very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. The cashmere is amazing quality and there is always an amazing selection in store and online . The owner is always bringing in beautiful, fun and different types of clothing made for everyone no matter what your style is you can always find something that works for you. There is also an option for custom orders if you want to make something your own . I would highly recommend a visit to the store !

LOVE the Cashmere Shop. Quality is beautiful and washes really well. Staff are super knowledgeable and are always so gracious / go out of their way to make everything really easy ie delivery or curbside pick up. Also, great selection of smaller items which make great gifts to have on hand throughout the year (wristlists, hats, eye masks, scarves etc.).

This shop does not stand by their products. Cashmere sweaters stretched out of proportion and pilled after a short while. To make matters worse, we were blamed for the state of the sweaters! We own other cashmere sweaters from other makes, and we have never had issues in the past. The employee was apologetic for her behaviour - blaming it on how tired and busy she has been. Regardless, we certainly won't shop here again as the quality is poor and the service is horrible. And with current response from the store - clearly they have responded to the wrong person, indicating that maybe more than one of us is experiencing the same issue.
