I called the night before and asked if they had a shoe style in my size, they confirmed they did and put it on hold. Next morning i arrived at opening and they were still closed. I waited 5-10 mins and left. I came back 30 mins later, walked in and received no greeting. Two staff were behind the counter helping one customer to wrap their purchase in tissue for over 5 minutes. When it was my turn i asked for my shoes and they had nothing on hold and had to ask for the style and size again. For being an upscale clothing store their services sucks!

This store needs improvement in customer service. I had shopped in many Sandro stores in the past, but this is the location where I received the WORST service. Theres no greeting for the good 15mins while I was in the shop today, two staff were just standing there with no sign of offering any help. Not a positive shopping experience at all.

This store need improvement. The cashier name Linda talks the customers very rude. She tells the customer to calm down for explaining the situation and issue that's been going on for 8 days with this store. I buy their products and spent a lot of money in this store, definitely not want to be treated by this cashier . She is extremely unprofessional. I am not sure how the big brand is hiring someone like this.

This was my first time shopping in an actual Sandro store (rather than through a department store) and I had the BEST experience. Every team member was incredibly helpful and kindIm so grateful to have Olivia as my sales associate. One of the items I was looking to purchase wasnt in stock in my size. I was happy to just order it then and have it delivered to my home. Instead, Olivia inquired with her manager, who IMMEDIATELY went to another Sandro retailer to get the piece. Olivia literally tracked me down in the mall so I could go home with it that day. I will now choose to shop in this store, with Olivia, for all my future Sandro purchases. Im actually more likely to look at Sandro first when making any clothing purchase based on this experience
