Zara

We had the worst experience with one of the cashiers and the manager of this particular store. They were extremely rude. They were extremely unprofessional. Not helpful at all and very entitled. They treated us disrespectfully. We wanted to return an unworn pair of boots. They refused to return it. The cashier basically told my mom that she is lying and she cant give us a refund. My mother and I are loyal Zara customers. We were shocked by this behavior and their attitude. I would have expected a better customer service from Zara and this incident definitely made me think about changing my clothing store.

It was my first visit to this store and was amazed by the collection. Lot of variety when compared to the Zara store in other locations. However, I could give even zero stars for the service by one of the cashiers there. She had zero sense in customer service and was literally showing her annoyed face to me. I am a regular customer with Zara and absolutely love their customer service at other stores. Have never experienced such a terrible service in their other stores. It's time for the manager to train the cashiers to be polite and help the customers, which is their job.

Returned some pants that didn't fit properly to this store, then ordered the replacement size to my house since they didn't have them in-store. The pants arrived at my house in under 24 hours I am beyond impressed. The quality of the pants is really good, too.
