This business is scamming people please be careful purchasing from them! I was told $35 for one of these hats at the Christmas market and was charged $109. I am not the only one, please look at the other google reviews. As well as one of my friends was also scammed on the same trip to this trip. This is extremely disheartening. I will never shop here again and neither will my friends or family. I have also reported this to the Better Business Bureau.

We purchased a hat for $60 in this store and got scam by this business. After tapping we realized they charged us $141 just for one hat ! The quality is low , and costumer service is not doing anything even we called them less than 24hours to return and getting the money back ! Its hard earned money we are reporting this store to Better Business Bureau

We purchased a hat for $60 in this store and got scam by this business. After tapping we realized they charged us $141 just for one hat after asking the refund less than few hours they refused and told us from next time be more careful ! The quality is low , and costumer service is not doing anything its the worst business even we called them less than 24hours to return and getting the money back ! Its hard earned money we are reporting this store to Better Business Bureau ! NOT RECOMMENDED

After purchasing a product Ive been unsatisfied from it and less than 24 hours we contacted the customer service representative she told me that refunds were not possible and that I would need to return the product in order to get my money back. She also told me that there was no way for me to get my money back even this is just a day after purchasing this , nowhere on the receipt does it mention anything about final or nonrefundable transactions; nor does it say anything about returns being allowed within 30 days of purchase or not at all. All in all, this feels like a scam aimed at tricking people into buying products they don't need just so they won't be able to get their money back!

I've been overcharged by Crimson & Clover Hello, I would like to complain about the overcharging of my account. I purchased the product with original price of $64 but I have charge $150 I am unsatisfied with your service. The customer service I received was subpar and unhelpful. They did not respond to me until 20 hours after I contacted them. When they did respond, they were not helpful at all and were very rude. They do not refund while being overcharged is unacceptable. It is unfair for them to keep my money when it was their fault that I was charged twice for the same item. The quality of the items is low and does not meet my expectations. They are also not recommended by anyone else who has ordered from their site before me. This experience has been very bad for me, as well as many other customers who have had similar experiences with this company before me."
