        This place is a disaster. Staff are poorly trained, have no sense of urgency, and move at a snails pace regardless of how many people are waiting. Obviously the ownership doesnt care about the quality of service, and wont bother putting more people on during peak hours. They know this cash cow will always have people coming in and out every day, and for all the customers they dissapoint, there will always be another.

        I've been a regular customer for years,but I had a bad experience,I happened to bought a breakfast sandwich and forgot to eat and drop by this location and asked staff to heat it up,and staff said that it was bought from other location,denied my request and felt so embarrassed since I am a regular customer,I like to find out it was right policy for big box company like a tim Hortons,never gonna go back there,not recommended
