        Worst customer service I've ever had. When taking my order, the clerk made fun of my pronunciation and laughed. I think this should not happen in a country of immigrants, and the clerk should be fired.

        The service is very slow, compared to a year ago. Their new staff will chitchat to fellow staff after taking every orders from every customer. Also, there were a couple of homeless came inside or just right outside the door, begging for change.

        I've seen the hype over the years and on my way into the country, and I was hesitant about which Tim Hortons I should go for, airport, one of the malls. I opted for a standalone store at this location near my hotel. I got to take in the Dark Roast blend, paired with a sour cream doughnut, and thought to myself "This is the Canadian experience".

        Dirty and it stings in there! They get the sugar and milk I ask in my tea/coffee almost always wrong. And I heard some if the workers calling for the customer as "Next ONE" The best!
