One of the slowest Tims I've ever been to. I'm not sure who and where the big idea of having just one line and having the employees bark at you for not staying in one line, as opposed to going in line in front of one of the cashiers came from, but it justake the visit seem even longer and detects some from entering because the line goes to the door, when in reality with two lines it wouldn't seem so busy. However, even with two lines and five people belong the counter, the time drags on, especially when two of the ladies working can't stop talking to each other instead of hurrying through the line up.

I have been going to this for a very long time now and I was really shocked on how bad the service was.
We asked for napkin with the coffee & a donut but the guy comes out and says, "We are out of the tissues today."
While I can see boxes of tissues on the left side of the counter.
Very poor service!! SO BAD!!
Another couple with a kid shows up next and the cashier magically has tissues now.
NOTE: The couple that came later to order spoke in one of the Indian languages with the cashier and the cashier opened a new tissue box for their order.

I spent 30mins here from being in line to the getting my food. They need to hire more durning the rush hr times. Its too long of a wait.
