        I am visiting this Tim Hortons regularly and often order chili. There should be telera bun and butter with it, but every time something goes wrong. Once I received almost no butter and it was already melted due to high chili temperature (I thing staff should place it in separate bag). Also, today when I ordered 2 chilies and got home I realized that neither the bun nor the butter were put in my bag. I feel deceived. You should definately improve your service.
