Second Cup Coffee Co.

Honestly, I'd rather walk a little bit further to a different coffee shop than go to this one. I love Second Cup, overall, but this is by far the worst location. The staff there all seem miserable and it's always the same staff there. There's been times where I've stood there for 2 minutes while they had a conversation when I was clearly RIGHT there.

Worst staff experience. Only one good associate the others were all horrible swearing under their breath. They just seemed like they hated working there

Come into the quiet room to study early in the mornings. After asking the Wednesday morning girl (blonde, glasses and a choker) if she could serve the coffee 5 minutes before opening (8:00), she replies with attitude stating that "if you can read the clock--oh wait lemme check my computers-yeup it isn't time, you can wait", they lost a loyal customer that gave them at least 5 dollars a day. Funny how one employee can ruin your branch location and lose a few customers (friends wont be coming as well). After I told her to "work on her attitude" as I headed out to get coffee elsewhere, she replied, "you need to work on your patience dude". Don't know who employed this clown-clearly she has 0 professional skills and customer service. Hey. at least L'espresso 1 minute away made 10 dollars today-and will continue to do so from my business.
