Don't waste your time. I went there yesterday and the staff were miserable. I stood at the register for more than 2 mins while everyone looked at me, before one person finally decided to take my order. After ringing in my order, nobody made my drink! She went and did some dishes, looked at her phone. I finally got my drink made, after waiting 8 minutes, I asked for a splash of Oat Milk, which i paid for and she didn't put it in. I asked her if i could have oat milk, she said "it's in there", i said "oh sorry, can i have a splash more", she said "i guess". The drink was overflowing from too much water from my iced americano and was spilling. I asked if i could dump some out so i could put the lid on and she took the drink and dumped like 1/4 of the drink out in the sink. Now i had a 3/4 of a drink. The person next to me said "the staff here are miserable". We laughed together. Management needs to sort it out, they have miserable staff who don't want to be there and couldn't care less about customers. Been coming for years and this is the 3rd or 4th experience where the staff seem to be more upset each time. Don't waste you time here, while the coffee is good, the staff are terrible.

Such a beautiful place with good wifi! Lots of seating but do get there a bit earlier as it tends to fill up quick!!

I don't typically do this but after a number of hit and miss experiences today was by far the worst. This coffee shop (The Campbell location specifically) is very slow which is fine but the attitude from some of the people working is not. I asked for some simple syrup in my iced coffee (after being charged for it) and the women literally fake pumped it in shoved my drink back at me and walked away. I am just shocked that somewhere charging almost $7 for an iced Americano (ice is extra, as is liquid sugar) would have such an attitude when a customer asks for something they have already paid for. I asked politely, said please and thank you and by no means demanded anything. I won't be going back, the coffee isn't good enough to pay that much and be treated like that.
