I've worked with Platinum Building Services for several years now; Mark is my direct contact. He is fantastic, readily available, will go above and beyond your expectations! The workers are all pleasant, they follow direction and ensure the job is completed to expectations. They are available around the clock, whenever their is an emergency you can always count on them to support you through it! Pleasure to work with them, highly recommended!

I've known Mark Harrington for about 8 years, through both of us being at other companies. Once I heard that Mark was going to Platinum, I knew beyond a doubt that they would be my go-to people. The service response with floods, fires, damage - anything I need! I know I can count on them. The Corporation I manage also has a contract with Platinum to perform our carpet cleaning and do our winter matting for us. It's such a peace of mind to know that everything will be taken care of by people who genuinely care and like what they do. All of the staff are so great and personable and amazing at their jobs. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Excellent Cleaning AND Excellent Customer Service. Platinum cleaned all the carpets in my condo. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were able to remove stains that I thought were permanent. The whole cleaning was fast, efficient and thorough. The on-site staff (Jonathan and Willio?) were extremely professional, polite and accommodating. I'd highly recommend Platinum.

Had an emergency at our condo when a leak flooded the unit....the PM recommended PBS and Mark Harrington. Quality job on the repairs and good communication with Mark who made an effort to keep to tight repair timelines due to new tenant moving in a few days. Would definitely recommend!
