Absolutely the worst service Ive ever received. I went in and told the employee that I was having trouble turning on my computer. They indicated that I would need to pay $150 up front for an expedited diagnostic test for my laptop. They said that, best case scenario, it would be $700 to fix whatever problem I might encounter. This alone wouldnt have been bad, but the employee would not give me time to consider my options and instead aggressively insisted that I pay for the diagnostic test. I am horrified that they would try to take advantage of my situation. Exasperated, I told them I would just order a new laptop online. I was horrified to find out that, not only were these tests FREE at the Apple store, there was nothing wrong with my laptop, it was my charging cable that needed to be replaced. I am shocked at the incompetence and attempt to take advantage of customers bad circumstances. Would not recommend to anyone.

I walked into the store with an appointment from apple. My phone was having issues connecting to wifi but EVERYTHING ELSE WAS WORKING FINE! 2 hours passed and the technician karan was still updating my phone which they had damaged when tampering with it. Long story cut short, karen tricks me into collecting my phone back and it won't turn on at all saying its a water damage. they were so rude and unprofessional and somewhat dumb throughout the entire process. I will take this battle up with apple. your saving grace was I didnt buy the phone at the store. I was a gentleman and I walked out, but guys run away from this store. even my grandmother knows better.

They do not have any return policy, I had to buy mac in urgent, somehow best-buy wasnt processing order on same day so I bought but later on they told me they have no return or exchange policy I mean every Apple dealers have return policy weather its Best Buy or Apple store or source but this sucks, although they are open till 7 so thats a little advantage if youre office worker and dont have time to go between 10-6
