        I had left a message regarding an issue with my laptop. My call was returned within minutes. After troubleshooting with me on the phone - we were able to resolve the issue. I asked how I could compensate them - and they said "don't worry about it". Unprecedented! They will be my first call if I ever need service in the future.

        Our wireless printer stopped working after we switched to Ignite. Its over five years old but Steve patiently guided us through programming (on/off sequences with different function keys) until we got it! The the next day my partner lost all his data files!! Again ETC came through and got my partner back up and running again! Superior and pleasant service!
