Highly recommend this place! I brought in my malfunctioning macbook and Phil (the technician) was super helpful over phonecall+email in explaining what was wrong! I brought the macbook for a battery replacement at noon and it was ready for pick up the same day!!! So speedy and so helpful! I work from home so getting my macbook back the same day was amazing! Thank you!

I wish I read the reviews first had to chase down my laptop after 2 weeks of absolute silence, at which point I played phone tag all day until the final hour. They noted that their first screen repair was faulty, which is why it took so long, but I suspect they just forgot and rushed the repair same day. No discount for ghosting me, still ~$450. On top of that, the staff actively recommended a specific fix, but theres a huuuge bright spot on my screen because apparently they didnt recommend a product that would fix the WHOLE screen?! Because who would want that If you want a fix for an old device its probably fine, but if you have a device you actually care about, Id recommend going somewhere reputable

If you want quick and reliable service, DO NOT go here. I dropped off my hard drive on December 11th and was told that they could fix it quickly. I trust them because a lot of the reviews on here were good. I quickly started to realize that they werent as professional as I believed they were. I started getting spam emails from tech-related companies (I.e: computer software, data storage, etc.). The lady I was talking to was incredibly ambiguous about the timeline; I had to keep calling back, only for the lady to rush me off the phone and promise to call me back. She never did. I checked in a month later, again she rushed me off the phone. She kept saying that she wasnt the one fixing things and that shed have to talk to the tech guys downstairs. Each and every time she never called me back. It is now February 24th and I havent heard anything since early January. I have given up on them and gotten used to life without this hard drive.

I have never used iRepair but found this experience awesome! It only took about 20 minutes and my iPod Touch was back in service. The technician at the College Street location was so helpful. I would recommend this location for the best service and wait time and value for money.
