Tried to tell me that ChatR paid my phone bill incorrectly because the owner wanted an extra $5 instead of calling customer service that the bill didn't add up to the amount I could actually pay for ChatR can fix it, literally said on Friday "your service will cut off because of you being $1 short" Also the address is in correct, it's 236 sherboune street unit #2 not 2 sherboune street unit#237 They hardly clear or clean the used phones memories, multiple times I've bought a phone from here and it had someone else's stuff on it when I turn it on, Pretty much anywhere is better then here For the record for the owner who replied to this review, I've called *611, they have confirmed with me if they make a mistake on a bill, including stating being able to use $9 in credit but the system can only do no less then $5, it's their job to fix it, it's your job to make sure people's bills is paying their bills exactly how their bills states, not tell them it's not possible You said today in person that I was being ignorant when you're the one who's trying to be right about something that you're 100% wrong and ill informed about exactly what to do when someone's bills doesn't match how they can pay, so do your job better, and I'll be once again letting ChatR know about all of this
