I took my MacBook in to have a software re-installation. After a few days, one of the Techs called me and asked me if Id like to have the keyboard replaced as it had keys which were sticking. AT NO EXTRA COST. I said yes please I picked it up and the whole lower panel has been replaced-keyboard and navigation pad. I am so pleased with my experience there. The staff smiles and are genuinely wanting to help Now all I need is a short course on how to navigate IOS operating system more efficiently, cuz Im a newbie.

As always great service. Any questions are answered. Professional store truly focused on customer needs. Cobourg, Ontario would truly benefit with such a store there too now new business and marina expansions are growing in Cobourg.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service, very quick turnaround on my MacBook repair , replaced my hard drive cable for a reasonable price . I wanted to also upgrade my hard drive but they recommended against doing that as it was not necessary in their opinion, appreciated that they didnt sell me something I really didnt need , will definitely return if I need any repairs or advice in the future.
