Huge improvement with the new management team! They are super quick to respond and solution oriented. The elevator used to be really slow and they fixed it, runs perfectly. The location is great and the condo is kept maintained and clean.

e condos is a beautiful building at a great location with fantastic amenities. The building is relatively new and has had to work through some deficiencies from the original construction stage which is normal with any new construction project. As time has passed many of these issues have been resolved and others are in the process of getting fixed. The building management and current condominium board have done a great job in helping to create a great community environment and with doing their utmost to help resolve any issues that may arise. This is a fantastic building at a great location that will only get better once the Eglinton LRT has been completed by Metrolinx.
