        This may be the worst experience with a builder I've had. After a client asked explicitly to buy a unit in their Television City condos, it has been impossible to even get them on the phone or to respond to a simple email. You would think when someone tells you that you have a client ready to buy, you would be excited to sell and help make a deal happen. Instead, these people are nearly impossible to get through to, and the admin flat out told me that my client doesn't matter. If you're a realtor, don't bother with these guys. Frustrating to work with, and leaves you wondering why you would ever bring a client to them in the first place.
