We hired Channer Construction to transform an unused space into a new main floor laundry room. Project included running new plumbing and electrical into the new space, fully insulating the walls, ceiling and floors as well as installing in-floor heating. All finished off with new drywall, floor tiles and new pot lights. Deane and his team were very professional and completed the project on time and on budget. Family owned and operated they bring that old school satisfaction with a innovative 2020 mindset. I am beyond pleased with all the work completed and my family is stepping into the new year with spring projects already completed ahead of schedule. Dean and his team completed an exterior renovation on our home in Toronto, along with water leak remediation indoors/outdoors. The service, quality of work, attention to detail and timeliness were all 5 star. I would recommend Channer Construction to anyone. Of note, we were on assignment overseas when all the work was performed. Dean made it such that it was just like we were present in Toronto. We will turn to his services again for a major landscaping project. Trustworthy and top notch work!!!!
