If I could give 0 stars, thats what this store deserves. They should not even be called a convenience store as my experience was far from convenient. Charging an extra fee because they dont have an item and refused to replace it is just plain greedy and wrong.

BUYER BEWARE...INSPECT YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE! Well I would've gave them a minus 5 stars if I could. On the 30th of March at exactly midnight I went to buy a lighter and a Bong and I usually go there often and noticed that the torch lighters are often way overpriced and depending on who's working the price may be lower or higher. But what happened this time as made me never want to go there again they sold be a BROKEN BONG! I buy bongs there all the time and this is how they treated me! I even called them and that are saying that once I leave the store it's no longer there responsibility. But there's no broken pieces of n my bag I said the bong was already broken when they put it in the bag... Which of course they denied it. A little piece of advice if you buy something that's behind the counter make sure to do an inspection if you don't want to get home and be surprised that you can't even trust that they won't sell you something that's already broken!

I placed an order on Uber eats and provided 2 replacement options for the 2 items requested. When I received the order after being informed via Uber a item was not available, the employee present didnt replace the item with the desired other item. This resulted in only 1 item arriving and a fee called a small order fee. I was charged extra for a failure to provide a product your establishment didnt have as well as didnt resolve. To be charged for an absence of a product is no fault of a customer and they shouldnt be charged additional money for only 1 item after providing replacement options to the vendor. How can we resolve this issue after Uber eats has denied any compensation for the mistake made by the establishment? This is an unfortunate and unacceptable outcome for first time shoppers knowing the merchant keeps the fee for lacking the item to attain free money at our expense

They are greedy they canceled an item and didnt replace it.. this resulted in a fee on my behalf with no fault of my own. They keep the fee, the product but lose respect.

Just cant believe they scammed me.. they received an order with replacement option if they werent available. Products werent available.. I didnt receive a replacement.. they kept a small orders fee.. I had to pay for there shortage of product.. why not just cancel the order instead of wasting the Uber drivers time and my time and money .. they deserve a 0 for customer service
