7-Eleven

I ordered a 16oz. vanilla iced coffee as an add-on to my order from Uber Eats, and received a glass bottle of the Starbucks Frappuccino instead. I got no notification on whether it was going to be replaced, as the Uber app notified me otherwise. I luckily didn't get charged for the new drink which is $3 more, but it still isn't what I ordered, lol. I would've rather gotten refunded and made my own coffee at home. Guess it's best to just order their iced coffee in-person instead of ordering it, especially basing it off of the other reviews complaining about the incompetent staff. Yikes.

Staff like to exhibit wihat little power they have.Probably the worst 7-Eleven usually you build relationships or you get to know the people in your neighborhood. Luckily with all the other convenience stores they are run by very nice people except all the people that apparently work at this 7-Eleven have zero experience in customer service. Also, if you hate working at 7-Eleven so much you get a different job. Nobody is holding a gun to your head and telling you to stand behind that counter.. Coming from someone who's lived in the neighborhood for over 5 years and I've watched staff mock people numerous times. I asked for the manager numerous times and nobody seems to be able to direct me and who to contact. Let's take into mind. It's Easter Sunday too in your staff are still hounding and mocking customers. Maybe don't hire people that can't work in customer service.

Very poor customer service. Usually theyre on their phones or paying more attention to their own conversations than customers. The guy working on March 27th at 6:30am (who was on the phone with his earbuds while serving me) tried to deny making me a pizza slice saying its only available for a whole pizza and only decided to make it after I asked him what time they stop serving pizza slices and told him they always have done it. So hes either not trained properly or doesnt do his job properly and should be trained again or have his hours cut or something until he learns to take his job seriously. Also once they missed items on my Uber eats order and refused to give me the item/s if I came to the store to get it, had a very obnoxious attitude on the phone not even apologizing at all even though I was polite about it at first, telling me to call uber even though uber wouldnt do anything. I understand that its technically Ubers problem but I work at a grocery store and there is almost definitely a way for them to give me the product that I paid them for and scan it out of the system somehow. My problem that time was mainly the guys attitude about it on the phone not even apologizing

I don't seriously know what is going on here but somebody has to secure this location, you never know if you are secure here.
