I'll rate than as someone who tried to get a gift card through them for a major Canadian coffee chain. They took the money. No e-gift card. Call once. "Oh the credit card was refused. The refund should be on your card within a week" Why is there a charge on my card if it was refused? A week later, no refund. Call again. "Oh the problem is with the shaw.ca email address. You need to contact Shaw to see about getting the email" You're system can't send email to one of Canada's major internet providers? Eventually agreed to send the gift card to an non-shaw email address. Just avoid any business with them. They're not reliable and complete money grabbers.

Trying to sign up with them. Over one week now and still no sales rep returning my request. I can't believe I have to chase them to give them my business!

dont work with them, specially if you are a small business, you will lose so much money and you will never be able to hold any one accountable, if I could give 0 I would.
