        Hands down the worst customer experience Ive ever experienced. Wont step foot back in the London Ontario store and certainly wouldnt recommend it.

        Ordered two separate orders from Sephora. They got merged into one tracking number. When package arrived the slip inside listed all items from both orders but all items except for one MISSING from the package!!! Called rouge support 3 times and no one wanted to help me with anything, even though website said both orders have been delivered under one tracking number. Will never order from them again, what a horror Sephora has become. Loyal rouge customer of 9 years gone.
