    Their customer service team is trained to do anything except allow you to speak with a supervisor. It doesn't matter if the rep can't help you, they will jump through circles to prevent you from speaking to management. I'm pretty sure they get some type of incentive for marking the issue as resolved and that's why they try to force you to accept their offer, rather than just let you speak to someone with even a smidge of authority. It's happened multiple times and is utterly ridiculous.

    Pathetic. No way to contact support. False charges on bill. After crediting some charges they still don't reflect on bill. No network coverage in trains. Data is very limited

    I don't know what the CRTC is doing. Telecommunications companies still think they can get away with overage charges and not offering credit to customers. I thought Fido Internet would be different but they're exactly the same as their mobile division. That's why I can't bundle services for a $5 discount. I'd rather have peace of mind. It's not about money but it's a matter of principle...

    Horrible customer service. 1. It takes hours to speak to a customer service agents. Even after speaking to a supervisors, she does not have authority to give credits eventhough it is Fido's fault. I asked her to send me an email in regards of our discussion, she said she does not have access to external email. So I ask for her name, employee number and contact information - she only can give me her first name - catherine and shr said she is the only catherine working for Fido. 2. The bills is confusing, customer service cannot explain it. 3. Fido charge me, even though I have not received my SIM yet and takes days to port my number over.
