        Great customer service! My mother hadn't received her flowers and it was past the delivery window. I contacted customer support and within thirty minutes, the flowers were delivered! And the bouquet was gorgeous! Thank you Bloomex for helping me make my parents anniversary gift special.

        Google does not stand behind their Small Business Owners. Their review policy allows people to leave tainted and unfair reviews on businesses for which they were not even a customer. They refuse to investigate the review with the business owner to know all the facts. Better Business Bureau will only register legitimate complaints. Google Reviews is flawed and needs a fairer process. Google actually rewards people for giving reviews with points and badges!
