      • Why such a rich company has such bad phone cal connections. I can never hear clearly every time I call the customer service number.

        I have some returned cheques that were not approved by them, they said they are stale dated and to contact a nearby branch. They have no branches in Ottawa. After several phone calls no one can seem to help me. What's frustrating is that the funds were released to them and they refuse to honor these cheques. These are cheques for my mom's pension in Portugal. Do not do business with this bank if you can avoid it.
