Im very confused by the google integration. It says I can get delivery from ritual, but youre a pickup app? Unfortunately there is not customer service/chat option to verify so I did not risk my money with an order that seems to good to be true. Please remove this misleading feature since you dont offer delivery services for restaurants.

If I could give this ZERO stars, I would. Ordered food for a Friday night, scheduled the delivery for 6:30pm. Got the confirmation that my order was received and on time. When the food didn't arrive by 6:45, I started tracking it. The arrival time had changed to 7:08. I called the driver and there was no answer. Suddenly, the driver's name changed, and the new person was from Doordash. Apparently, Ritual Online is affiliated with Doordash delivery. I immediately called the restaurant and they said my order had been ready for pickup since 6:00. There was nothing they could do. The arrival time of my order continued to be pushed out to almost 8pm. Then, at 7:32, my order was cancelled altogether. The message from Ritual was the restaurant was unable to fulfill my order, which is a blatant lie. Because of Ritual's inefficiency, the restaurant will not get paid for my order and my Friday night dinner plan was ruined. I will never again order from a restaurant that uses Ritual or Doordash as their delivery service. Mine is a cautionary tale for anyone who does.
