        Awful. Absolute shell of a company with a product that doesn't match it's manual and completely absent support. Had to file a chargeback to get a refund after having sent endless emails with scant reply. The product itself is bordering on useless too.

      • Let's Talk Politix

        There needs to be a way to manually adjust the sensitivity of the feedback after calibration of the Muse device. Its just a novelty item until you integrate that.

        Terrible and frustrating experience with customer support, I purchased two devices, one works another has a defective lead, it has been endless run around over several weeks to get the device replaced, EDIT: eventually the replacement part was mailed to me after insisting it was not a software related issue.
