I love apple products and have been a loyal customer for years, luckily I never needed support from customer service, until I bought an AirTag. I currently have a case open to troubleshoot an "unreachable" airTag that is shown to be at home on FindMy app. The reason why I am submitting this feedback is prior to randomly reaching the rep that ended up helping and looking into the issue, I talked to 2 other Reps and 2 Senior Reps. Both of the Senior reps were very unprofessional and rude, I was just not expecting this from Apple. first SENIOR rep ended up hanging up the phone because he didn't know how to resolve the issue after an hour of being on the phone and the second senior rep kept apologizing and just stayed quiet, and did not even put the slightest bit of effort to seek resolution. very disappointed by how unprofessionally this was handled! Apple, please make your customer service better, hire and train more professional and patient reps.

Apple does not take responsibility for the Iphone when it fails. They run their diagnostic and if it is ok they say sorry we cant do anything about your issue until it happens again. Not sure if that is a good policy but I think the phone is not reliable and they dont care. I had 3 hours without phone because the phone could not start. I had to do the hard reset 6 times during that time and after 3 hours finally it turned on. If you can pick, maybe it is best to go with other brand. Next time i may have to change after 10 years of using IPhone (i have Iphone since IPhone 6 to 13)

I have received NUMEROUS charges on a card that I havent linked to my Apple ID from this address. Its insanity that theyre doing this
