        TWO WEEKS AND NO SUPPORT!!!!!!! I've had an issue with a new company I added and after two weeks of submitting support requests still NADA...... you guys used to be so responsive - what happened?????????

        A bit tricky to access the office (from the internal parking lot, through a door that takes you to the elevator, which will take you to some other doors) but if you keep following the arrows, soon enough youll find yourself in a beautiful, bright office where a team of friendly, yet highly professional individuals will do their best to not just meet, but also exceed your needs and expectations. Also, the company has been recently acquired by Xero, so things will just keep on improving.
