Did an order from a month and didnt receive it till now . You need better customer service, I sent an email several times and the answer always sorry we are so busy, and they never answer calls. Never again to purchase from them, better order from Shoppers or Sephora at least they respect their customers

I have the day and night cream just for a few days and i am in love! i have been struggling to find a cream that works best for my combo skin. I also asked the team a question on steps in when to apply serum versus cream at night they responded so quickly and gave great advice!

I cant speak to the product yet as I just received it yesterday, but the customer service could not have been more incredible. I ordered the Glow serum from Three Ships after doing lots of research and review-reading. I am so broke due to my skincare obsessed and I decided to try something new with this product. I messed up my order address, and I got a notification that the package was going to be returned to sender, and immediately emailed customer service with the correct address. Before they even responded to the email (a few hours later) I got a notification that a new shipment had been sent. It arrived two days later (I am in Toronto so quick shipping). This to me is the absolute gold standard of customer service. Please dont lose this as you grow- which you will! Whether the product works for me or not, I will continue to try their products. So far I love that the serum combines hyaluronic acid and vitamin C, as strong vitamin c products (Tatcha, Glow Recipe) make me break out. They are affordable (relative to $90 serums I have purchased), local, female owned and the packaging is AMAZING. They have an opaque bottle, as a lot of brands do, but have a clear vertical line on the side so you can see how much product you have left. This is one of those things that you see and think wow. Why doesnt every one do this? It seems so obvious. Im hoping I love the serum because so far I LOVE this company.

I got the radiance night cream. I love it because Im seeing results, and Im not even done the jar yet. My skin looks more even and smooth. I like that their products are also available at Indigo- easier access.
