Aveda Store

Had the most wonderful experience at the Aveda shop on Cumberland in Toronto this afternoon. We were serviced by the most helpful, knowledgeable, kind and gracious young woman named Julia. She not only answered every question I had, but she did so with such poise and grace and the most beautiful smile, that I couldn't believe it was the end of what I imagine was a long and tiring day. Whatever it is you are paying Ms. Julia, you should double or triple it because she is such an important asset to your organization that you would not want to lose her for all the money in the world. Amazing products, all natural vegan and clean. Sharlene Beavies the store attendant is always so welcoming and helpful. Its a pleasure to be created by name. Sharlene takes great care to remember each client and makes one feel so nourished and cared for. Love the products and have been using them since 2003. They smell so heavenly, a blend of essential oils, herbs and roots and other natural ingredients making them safe for even people like me, cancer survivors. Totally worth the money.
