Thank you so much to Pouneh. She absolutely saved the day for us. We really appreciate her incredibly helpful and professional demeanor. I really cannot overstate how much she helped us. We are regular shoppers drug mart shoppers, but wed never been to this location before. We will certainly be back and make this our regular shoppers going forward!

I try to find something for throat pain and flu (not COVID), the Pharmacy lady told me to see a doctor or get through it on my own. She even tried to convince me there's nothing can help(??). Shame on her for being so rude.

The store manager is absolutely worst. Went there for passport pictures, I wasnt informed that theres separate fees to get those in pen drive. When I said I wasnt informed and I am not willing to pay extra, he could just cancel the order, he started being rude and said that theyve already printed it and now Ill have to pay for it. Why print off I needed a digital copy? Contradicting much? (This was in 2022) Apart from this person, the pharmacy is great, I often go there as I stay on the same street.
