It's a great store with the most amazing staff. I am new to Korean skincare so wanted to visit the store and check out some products. I met Kasha at the store who was extremely patient and so knowledgeable and helped me build my regime. She is the best!

This one star goes to the unkind manager and staff. I was in the mall and the contact hurts my eye so much I was in urgent need to get new one to replace. So I rushed to the store not realizing theres a line to get into the store ? ! For a store this spacious what do you need a line for on a Wednesday ? Unfortunately I couldnt wait so I explained to the security that Im not here to browse I just need to grab a new contact and check out so can I skip the line. He said I have to talk to the manager so I did . After begging three different staff while my eye was in pain , red and teary , none of the staff/ manager seemed to care or even listen, said no and turned around and the security asked me to leave . I dont understand I only need 5 seconds to grab something and checkout , whats so hard making such small exception for someone whos eye was visibly in discomfort ? I work in retail too and Ive never seen such inconsiderate and cold hearted staff. Whoever owns this store you might wanna have a hard check on the whole management team . And for customers, there are tons of Asian beauty stores outside eaton centre with much better staff who actually would like to help .
