Busy place. The lady who supported me was helpful. I was looking for a concealer for this upcoming summer. The worker helped by giving me a few options and giving her expertise on the matter. It was appreciated.

Went to this Eaton Centre Sephora, purchased a Laniege lip balm, got the receipt but didnt get a bag because it was so small it fit in my pocket. For context, I also had my Fenti lip plumping lipgloss in Hot Chocolit, WHICH IS SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE BTW, in my other pocket, I had walked in with it, and it is a month old now. As I was leaving, a tall woman asked me to empty my pockets, so I did. I handed her the Laniege lip balm and she asked me if I paid for it/had the receipt. So I gave it to her and she seemed upset that I had purchased it. She proceeded to ask me to empty other pockets, and I showed her my Fenti one. She told me that it was unacceptable and then told me to empty my tote bag for her, which I gladly did. When I tried to explain to her that I bought my Fenti gloss a month ago, she kept badgering me for the receipt that I didnt have because I bought it A MONTH AGO!! And like I said previously, this shade, Hot Chocolit, had been sold out EVERYWHERE, and there arent even testers for it!!!! So how could I have it if the store didnt even have it??!! I explained that to her too, but she then said Okay Ill let you go today, but dont ever step foot in this Sephora ever again. I dont know if she was management, she wasnt even wearing the regular Sephora uniform, but I was very frazzled that she verbally banned me from the store after making a purchase????? I felt very profiled because I am an Indian woman. I am never going to set foot in that Sephora ever again because I dont want to, not because she told me to. I wish I could give zero or negative stars.
