Poor service, not friendly staff, or rather a corpulent girl with a short haircut. At the time of purchase, she smiled, but 5 minutes after the purchase, I returned to clarify some of the conditions of the promotion, the same girl sitting on a chair and not even looking in my direction said "ask your questions to the manager." The manager by the way is a nice guy, answered my question. The behavior of this girl (consultant) is just a clear demonstration of disrespect and disdain for clients. Bad location, you should learn from Beauty Boutique on 1500 Avenue Rd where customer service is 5 out of 5. By the way, I guess your bad service is reflected in the revenue of your location since I was the only client in the hall with three useless consultants and a manager while 15 minutes earlier there was a queue of customers at the 1500 Avenue Rd location. It is very unlikely that I will shop at your location again.
