The Beauty Clinic By Shoppers

I have been a customer of The Beauty Clinic for the past 2 years. I normally go to the Oakville location but have visited Don Mills on occasion. I was really looking forward to getting my filler treatment after months of waiting and neither clinic has a nurse on site. How ridiculous is this and I have been booked and rebooked numerous times. I no longer will be doing business at these clinics.

Had an appointment canceled back when things were just opening back up. They said they would call Me back. Months passed and I heard nothing so I had to call them. Apparently they forgot to call me back. Ya, no kidding . Set up a new appointment and then 2 weeks before they ask to change the time. Then same day they call to say its been canceled. Brutal. Never going back. Looking for another clinic who wants my business

Extremely unpleasant visit. Was there to purchase skinceuticals products and the receptionist ( named Kim)was very rude ,not patient at all, pushing and rushing. Won't come back!!! As a customer who gives a business in this difficult times I expect a proper customer service .

A month after-just want to mention that results will vary! I definitely had migration. Whether that be at the hand of the nurse or myself, who knows Had an amazing experience from start to finish with both reception and Brenda! Everyone was so kind and social throughout the whole process. Brenda was very personable, patient and knowledgeable. This was my first time getting lip filler and she made me feel comfortable throughout the process and confident as I walked out the door! I commented on how they had negative Google reviews to which they were also shocked. I found the beauty clinic through a tiktok and was happy I saw it through. Would recommend to everybody! I also was able to use my PC optimum points to pay for my visit AND they gave me a free product
