the sales people here need to chill, i normally buy online so if im coming into a brick and mortar store its to smell stuff to see if id like it. if you ask me if i need help and say "no, just looking" and you keep talking and trying to lead me to other items im not interested in, thats so off putting! ill only be shopping online now... ill just take my chances, better than being made to feel that im doing something wrong for wanting to look at items on my own. I was with my husband and didnt need a third persons opinion on what massage bars we would like, get some tact!

It's a magical experience. All the colors and the smells. Got myself a couple of bath bombs, a massage bar and a cute paw print hand lotion bar. The staff is really polite and they listen to your needs and suggest a bunch of products you'd like. Knowledgeable and sweet people! Now that I am free of a million tubes of hand creams that keep losing on me all the time bdw! Would definitely be back for the refills 11/10. P.S. - The Mario collab was cute and innovative though. A mystery soap inside a bath bomb. Nice!

We booked our childs 11th birthday party at LUSH on Queen Street. It was the first party we were able to celebrate since the stay at home order. From start to end the experience was seamless and easy. I booked the party for 8 children with Louisa the store manager in person and chose what items would be in a loot bag for the kids as well as my daughter. Lots of great choices and ideas. We also went with the Bubble Bar making theme. On the day of the party we arrived just as the store was closing for the after-hour party. Sofia and Tattiana greeted us with huge smiles and enthusiasm. They had prepared all of the items for the kids and had them working at the table to make the bubble bars. This was an inquisitive group so they answered a lot of questions about how the ingredients worked together to make the bubble bar. They also did face masks and lots of fun games like charades and whats in the box. By the time the party was over everyone was excited to try all of the items in the bag as they went home. Thanks for the great party and all the special care you all took with making each person in the group feel special - even the parents! It was a great way to celebrate and spend an evening.
