I hesitate to write this review because generally I'm a huge fan of Longo's grocery stores. Growing up in Vaughan, I always had great visits at their markets in that area. Since moving to the Yonge/Bloor area, I haven't had the greatest experiences at this location unfortunately. Simply put, some of the cashiers are quite rude. If you choose to use the self-checkouts, you can literally feel the hostility and eye-rolling. Today, for example, I accidentally put my cart away in the wrong area after self-checking out. I immediately apologized to the cashier who continued to roll her eyes and chastised me loudly in front of another customer. I was quite embarrassed and kept apologizing. It was an honest mistake. Maybe put a sign where you would like the carts to go? -- it's not obvious. As a family that spends hundreds of dollars a week here, I hesitate to go back.
