Toronto Public Health dental clinic is located inside the Blackcreek Community Center. Seniors can access dental services at this time, and it will expand. Also, you have access to all the other services that Blackcreek has to offer. Great place to be!!!

I think The Toronto Public Health Officer needs to remove their staff who defies helping the elderly patients. Particularly, the receptionist mistreating the elderly and speaking on behalf of the dentists acting beyond the scope of her employment. A 90+ elderly patient with kidney problem on a Freezing, slippery sidewalk, yet windy day was barred from entering the clinic to take a short rest before heading home, perhaps, if someone dropped out the day, so, she can see a dentist to fix her new denture causing pain and blood soak gum. Yet, was told to go home. SHAME ON YOU, Toronto Public Health - Dental. Your Admin. STUPIDITY does not render your helping the elderly providing FREE dental services. In economic term, there's NO FREE LUNCH, all already paid by the elderly users in their young working life in term of Health Tax on their yearly TI General income tax. Absolutely, ABSURD clinic.Elderly Folks, stay away to live a longer life than absorb these kind of idiotic stresses.

BEFORE CALLING: their services are only for 17 year olds and under; the receptionist is also rude. I used to go to this location all the time when I was young. I remember they hung butterflies above the chairs. The dental surgeon was friendly and kind; he would check up every so often during my cavity fillings. However, recently I tried calling to book an appointment, and the receptionist was extremely rude. Im not sure if it was always like this since I never booked the appointments when I was a kid, but she interjected several times as I was talking. When I stated I wanted cleaning and cavity fillings because several of my teeth ached, she kept questioning if they hurt a lot. As if the first impression was not bad enough, throughout the conversation, it seemed like she just wanted to quickly end the conversation. It was still 3 hours before their closing time too! While their receptionist was rude, their surgeon may have not changed, and I would recommend his professionalism and work. Just get by booking an appointment and hopefully all will be good. Also, an additional SIDE NOTE: this location only accepts patients who are 17 years old or under. (This was my mistake as I thought it was 18 and under, but she could have explained it much more nicely.)
